Grapefruit Burst

Ingredients & quantities:   

• 2 oz ORZEL Vodka
• ½ oz ruby red grapefruit juice
• ¼ oz lime juice
• 1/8 oz simple syrup
• 1/8 oz elderflower essence or syrup
• Small pinch of salt
• Splash of soda.

Preparation & decoration:

Mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne glass.
